ATORPOK currently directs product purchases to Amazon.com. We do not currently accept orders or collect payments through this website.

For an Amazon purchase, open Your Orders in the Amazon account used to place the order and select the relevant item to review the available return, replacement or refund options. Eligibility, deadlines, item condition requirements, return instructions, any fees and refund timing depend on the applicable order, seller and Amazon policies. Review the information for your specific order rather than relying on a general promise on this website.

Follow the return instructions provided for that order. Do not send a product to a website contact address unless the applicable return process expressly instructs you to do so.

Product help

For setup questions, missing instructions or a product issue, contact Product Support. Include the product model and a description of the issue; an order reference may help us understand your request. Do not include payment card details or account passwords.

A support or registration form submission does not itself authorize a return, approve a refund, extend an Amazon return period or activate a warranty. This page does not replace the terms applicable to your Amazon order or any rights that apply by law.
